At Naot Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear is not a perfect fit, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Naot box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
